Two arrested and bailed following Laxey football incident

Ramsey Police say two men have been arrested and released on bail in connection with an incident at Laxey Football Club at the weekend.

It's alleged assaults took place during and immediately after the game between Laxey and St John’s.

Officers say their enquiries are ongoing and have thanked the public for their help so far.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact PC Wylde or PC Kerruish at Ramsey Police Station on 812 234, ring police headquarters on 631 212 or ring the anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
