Police investigating damage at Victoria Road School

by isleofman.com 5th March 2013
Police are investigating an incident of criminal damage at Victoria Road School, Castletown. Sometime over the weekend someone has set fire to a picnic table, this has caused a considerable amount of damage to the said table and could have caused considerable damage to the school itself.

The school has become something of a ‘hang-out’ where various articles that could cause danger to pupils are being located in the shelters. Due to this, additional patrols will be focussed on the area to deter individuals from damaging any further property.

Anyone with any information is asked to call PC Dave TREVETHAN at Castletown Police Station on 822222 or can contact Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
