Minister: Glenside residents better off

The Social Care Minister says he hopes a now closed residential home can still be used to provide care in the community.

Glenside shut its doors for the final time this week after several decades caring for the elderly.

Residents have been transferred to other facilities with most staff members either redeployed or retiring.

Chris Robertshaw insists all residents are now in much improved complexes.
