Police appeal after car damaged in Onchan

Police are appealing for information regarding a hit and run incident in the Onchan area. At sometime between 12pm on Saturday 9th March 2013 and 3pm on Sunday 10th March 2013, a vehicle has struck a red parked vehicle which was parked near to the bus stop on School Road, Onchan. Police would like to speak to the driver of the vehicle and anyone that may have witnessed the incident. Motorists are reminded please that when a road traffic incident occurs on a road, the law states that you must report it to the Police as soon as practicable and must stop to exchange details with the other party. If it is a parked, unattended vehicle, it is acceptable to leave a note however the Police must be informed.
