No sackings following criticism, says minister

The health minister says no jobs will be lost following the criticism of the Mental Health Service at an inquest on Monday.

Coroner of Inquests John Needham said the department missed an opportunity to protect Christopher Burrows before he took his own life in June 2011.

Mr Needham also made eight recommendations to improve the mental health service.
