Douglas Mayor Councillor David Ashford has held a reception for the Council's drainage agency staff. The occasion also provided an opportunity for the Mayor to wish supervisor Eddie Jones, (pictured front row right) well in his retirement which he begins on April 1st after 15 years’ service.
