Cost of snow could be 'substantial'

The Chief Minister says the economic cost of the recent weather will be quite substantial.

Alan Bell thinks it's difficult to measure at the moment, but we have to expect the worst.

Farmers say the storm could be potentially catestrophic for them and they're still trying to dig out their livestock from the snow.

Mr Bell says the extent of the damage still isn't clear:
