The Mountain Road has opened again this afternoon.
It's been closed for almost two weeks after the recent heavy snow caused massive drifts along the route.
DOI workers have been trying to get the route open again for the last week.
However the Beinn-y-phott and Tholt-y-will roads remain closed.
Infrastructure Minister David Cretney says workers have been pulling out all the stops
Motorists are asked to drive carefully in this area as there may be sheep out on the road and possible icy patches.
