Treasury Minister Eddie Teare says he’s disappointed by the rise in inflation - but is convinced the data is just a blip.
Today’s figures from the government showed the Retail Prices Index jumped from 2.8 per cent to 3.3 over last month.
Mr Teare says statistical variances with last year’s figures may explain the sudden jump.
