Beach cleaners look out for nesting seabirds

Beach cleaners are being urged to tread carefully.

In tidying up the Island's coastline, they might be responsible for damaging the local wildlife.

The warning comes as volunteers carry out a major clean on a northern beach this weekend.

Beach Buddies are at Smeale beach today (Sun).

However, seabirds at Smeale are nesting and beachbuddies founder Bill Dale says volunteers need to be wary:
