Police appeal after items stolen from vehicles

Overnight, Friday 5th April 2013 into Saturday 6th April 2013 a number of vehicles in the Saddlestone and Farmhill areas of Douglas have been targeted by thieves. Person(s) have entered the vehicles and stolen money and personal belongings left within them. Police are appealing for people to ensure that they are taking responsibility for their property, locking their cars and houses and taking preventative measures, to minimise the opportunity for these crimes to be committed. If anyone has witnessed any thefts taking place or has any information please could they contact any police station or ring Police Headquarters.
