Two hour fitness challenge tonight

by isleofman.com 8th April 2013

There's a chance to get fit and raise money at the same time this evening (Monday).

The two hour fitness challenge is raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

There's the option to do a power walk or run followed by a Tae Bo session - a body fitness system that incorporates Martial Arts techniques and yoga stretch.

You can do the full two hours, or just an hour, with the indoor event taking place at the Old Friends Hall on Finch Road in Douglas and the outdoor run on Douglas Head.

The entry fee is ?10 for two hours or just ?5 for each class separately and those interested in taking part should meet outside the Hall at 5.45pm.

Further details can be obtained from Donna Whalley on 492132.
