Successful "Murder" on the Steam Railway

by isleofman.com 17th April 2013
Friday 12th April saw Isle of Man Railways launch their first Murder Mystery event on the Steam Railway, tickets were sold out in advance and all who attended where ‘dressed to kill’ in their 1920’s finest.

The evening started with canapes at The Tickethall, a restaurant located within Douglas station. There the scene was set before it was time to board the ‘Manx Express’ (pulled by locomotive No.4 ‘Loch’ built in 1874).

The return journey to Castletown saw the story unfold, as clues and accusations were revealed.

On returning back to Douglas, the guests sat down to a delicious meal at The Tickethall, as the gripping and gruesome conclusion was revealed.
