Help for first home buyers?

Should the government be doing more to help those trying to buy their first home?

In the House of Keys next week, Rushen MHK Laurence Skelly will quiz Social Affairs Minister Chris Robertshaw about a possible shared equity scheme.

Such an initiative would see houses bought jointly by the government and owners who find it difficult to get a mortgage.
