Pulrose Road to re-opens to traffic this afternoon

The Department of Infrastructure is pleased to announce that Pulrose Road, Douglas will be re-opened to traffic this afternon, Monday 22nd April by 4.30pm.  The works to to the bridge and to reconstruct Peel Road will continue under three way temporary traffic lights at this busy junction.  The 17.5t weight limit on Pulrose Road Railway Bridge remains in force and drivers of heavy vehicles are requested to continue to access Pulrose Road businesses via Groves Road.  Two way traffic will continue to run on Peel Road at this time.
 
All businesses on Peel Road and Pulrose Road remain open to business and fully accessible throughout the course of these works.
