Charity mulls boat vandalism in Peel

A charity’s been left counting the cost of a vandalism attack on a boat it was to use for scientific research.

The Manx Whale and Dolphin Watch organisation says an orange rib in the boat yard on East Quay in Peel was attacked in early April.

The boat was deliberately damaged with a knife, and may be damaged beyond repair before it could be used for the first time this summer.
