A small Island charity inspired by a little boy with physical and behavioural problems is raising money for the service which became a lifeline to the whole family.
Manx Miracles was set-up by the parents of three-year-old Harrison Connor from Abbeylands, who was born with a rare collection of genetic, physical and neurological disorders.
His family only found a way to cope when the toddler's needs were explored and explained by experts at the pre-school assessment centre in Douglas.
Mum Louise has organised a fun day at Douglas rugby club on Sunday (28 April) to help raise ?80,000 to create a state-of-the-art sensory room at the Pulrose centre.
The funday between 11am and 2pm will include fun runs for adults and youngsters, face painting, bouncy castles, stalls and refreshments.
