Cricket is back

by isleofman.com 26th April 2013

The Cricket season opens with three games in the Standard Bank Premiership.

Champions Ramsey open their title defence at home to Castletown, Cronkbourne meet Valkyrs at Tromode and the newly formed Peel and St. John’s side play their first ever match at home to Crosby at Mullen-e-Cloie.

The games will all begin at 1pm and are 40 overs a side.

Teams will play each other three times over the season with the top four going through to the League Cup.

There will also be fixtures against an Island Development team of promising juniors but these will not count for points.
