Water supplies back on in Santon

by isleofman.com 28th April 2013

Water supplies have been restored to households in the Santon area after a burst main earlier today.

It happened at the bottom of Brown Cow Hill in the early hours and led to properties in Port Soderick . . Mount Murray and Quines Hill losing their supplies for several hours.

The water authority says all properties had their supplies restored by lunchtime but added it was possible some may be experiencing dirty water.

Those affected should run their cold water taps until the supply runs clear.
