Police appeal for driver after RTC at Quarterbridge

At approximately 4pm of Friday 19th April 2013, there was a slow speed road traffic collision involving two motor vehicles travelling in the same direction along New Castletown Road. The incident happened at the Quarterbridge roundabout, where a Blue motor vehicle, believed to be a Citroen Saxo or similar size, has collided with the rear end of a Black Renault Clio.
 
Police wish to speak to the male driver of the blue vehicle involved, witnesses also describe seeing a white dog in the blue vehicle.
 
Please could he contact Police Head Quarters on 631212 and any information to be passed to PC301 Yule at Lord Street.
