by isleofman.com 29th April 2013

The Island’s private landlords will be meeting again this week in the hopes of setting up an industry body.

The meeting takes place on Tuesday at the South Douglas Old Friends Club on Finch Road in Douglas starting at 7.30pm.

Those present will discuss the proposed Landlords and Tenants Bill which is being brought forward by the Department of Social Care.

The consultation process has been extended by the department as a landlords association is set up.
