Mantons Cards in Port Erin has been named as a finalist in The Retas Awards for a record breaking fourth year in a row.
The honour comes just two months after Mantons was also named as a finalist in the Greats Awards (the winner of which will be announced on the 9th May).
The winners of this year’s greeting card retailing awards - affectionately known as The Retas – will be revealed at an award ceremony at London’s Dorchester Hotel on Wednesday 10th July.
Mantons Cards has been selected as one of only five finalists in the North and Northern Ireland category for Best Independent Greeting Card Retailer of the Year. The winner of this category will be a finalist in the Best UK Greeting Card Retailer of the Year.

The Retas were launched by Progressive Gifts & Home Magazine in 2005, in recognition of the tremendous contribution that retailers, both large and small, make to the success of the greeting card industry. Now in their ninth year, The Retas are established as the premier awards event of the year. It brings together the entire industry for a lunchtime celebration.
Mantons was chosen by an industry wide panel of greeting card publishers because of the wide range of quality products offered, an inviting retail environment and excellent customer service. Last year Mantons completed a complete re-fit and extended the range of quality greeting cards and gifts, something that particularly impressed the judges.
