An inquest has today been shown a video of a lap of the TT course that cost a former Island golf champion his life.
33 year-old David Jones died from massive head and chest injuries after his motorbike hit a bin-wagon as he lapped the course last May.
He was riding with a friend Elliot Moore who said the sun blurred his vision just after the Cronky-Voddy straight.
Mr Moore said they were going 100mph when he managed to avoid a the truck but Mr Jones didn't.
The court also heard from Liam Logue who works for the bin wagon company Jones Services Limited.
He said it was bad bend to collect rubbish from, but his driver Andrew Clarke stopped in the safest place possible.
Mr Logue said he tried to warn the biker the wagon was just around the corner, but it was too late.
He admitted the firm hadn't given him formal risk assessment training.
The case resumes at 11am on Friday.
