He was 43-year-old Kevin Stanley Moore of Ballaugh.

Police say enquiries are continuing, and although progressing well, they would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident - the Mountain Mile at about 4.20pm on Sunday - and saw anything that may help them with their investigation.

Call police headquarters on 631212.
