A gay couple is vowing to campaign for equality laws on the Isle of Man after they were turned down by a private landlord.

Kira Izzard and Laura Cull wanted to rent a house in Ramsey next door to their family, and seemed all set to move.

Laura says it’s down to homophobia – and she wants to change the law to make such discrimination illegal: (play audio)

You can find an online petition calling for equality laws on the Isle of Man at the website gopetition.com
