Ayre clinch Gold Cup spot

Ayre United have qualified for the semi-finals of the Paul Henry Gold Cup.

A 4-1 victory over Foxdale in JCK Division Two tonight (Tuesday) sealed their place in the competition where they’ll meet northern rivals Ramsey Youth Centre.

A Jason Craine hat-trick and one goal from former Island international Chris Higgins sealed the win at Andreas.

The sides were level at 1-1 at the break.
