Police appeal after disturbance on Westmoreland Road

Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident on Westmoreland Road, Douglas.   At approximately 2pm, Thursday 16th May 2013, a group of males have become involved in a violent incident which spilled into the roadway near to the old Nobles Hospital site. 
 
Four males were arrested following this incident and a number of witnesses have already assisted the Police with this enquiry.  It is believed that several motorists have been caused to stop due to this incident and any person who has further information is asked to contact PC Killey, Sgt Corran or any Police Officer.
