IF campaigners lobby Tynwald

Paper plates, carrying messages of Manx support for starving people across the world, could end up on the desk of the British Prime Minister.

Dozens of the plates were handed over this morning outside Tynwald to Ministers David Anderson and Phil Gawne.

Its to highlight the "IF" campaign, asking nations to give more to help combat global hunger.
