Charity fun day hit by vandals

by isleofman.com 26th May 2013

An annual charity event in Castletown has been left with a large repair bill after vandals attacked portable toilets last week.

The incident happened at the Family Fun day at Poulsom Park in Castletown last Sunday when those responsible pushed the toilets over.

The organising committee now has to use some of the cash raised on the day to pay for repairs.

Officers say a group of young boys are believed to be behind the damage – they’re now asking anybody with any information to come forward.

If you can help you can contact Castletown Police Station on 822222.
