The newly elected member of the House of Keys is being urged to work within government to make the Island a better place.

Chief Minister Allan Bell has welcomed Chris Thomas who last week triumphed in the West Douglas by-election.

Mr Bell says it’s important members have a positive attitude to try and help the island through challenging times.
