Peel Road work suspended next week

by isleofman.com 31st May 2013

The Department of Infrastructure says it’ll halt work on Peel Road next week.

The ?4.3 million upgrade to Peel Road will be suspended during Race Week, with two-way access along it throughout the TT.

The department says traffic lights at the Pulrose Road junction have been replaced with a stop sign to improve traffic flow.

But the DoI says where possible, motorists should use alternative routes.
