Police appeal for witnesses to collision between two cyclists

The following is in relation to a collision which occurred earlier today between two cyclists on Beach Road, Port St Mary. The collision happened between 10:00 and 10:30am this morning.
 
The collision involved two female cyclists, both of which were taken to Nobles Hospital with head injuries not thought to be life threatening at this time.
 
Police attended the scene and enquiries are ongoing between the Department of Infrastructure and the Health and Safety inspectorate.
 
Police would request that anyone who witnessed the collision contact PC 295 David CUBBON at Port Erin Police Station (832222) or via email at david.cubbon@gov.im
