An inquest into the death of a TT competitor will be opened this afternoon.

Forty-three-year-old Japanese rider Yoshinari Matsushita was killed in a crash at Ballacrye during the practice session on Bank Holiday Monday last week.

Coroner of Inquests John Needham will open the inquiry at Douglas courthouse at 2pm.
