Those who have been asked for their views on the Island's GP services have less than a week to make them known.
The submission deadline for the surveys is this coming Friday, June 14.
In total, 7,800 people have been selected at random
The survey asks for people's personal experiences with seven key areas of GP services.
They include making an appointment, waiting times and out of hours care.
The Department of Health commissioned the survey, and says the results and feedback will help shap the development of the Island's GP services in the future.
The latest survey follows a similar one four years ago, which saw 77% of respondents describe themselves as 'satisfied' with what was provided, compared with 73% in England.
