Tax transparency - Chief Minister reaffirms his pledge

Ahead of next week's G8 summit in Northern Ireland there is another crunch meeting for the Isle of Man.

Chief Minister Allan Bell will attend a 'Trade, Tax and Transparency' conference in London on Saturday, to which the political leaders of all the Crown Dependencies and British Overseas Territories have been invited.

High on the agenda will be tax transparency, exchange of information and beneficial ownership.

The Chief Minister believes the Island is leading the way in the first two areas, SUCH AS signing FATCA deals with the United States and UK.

Allan Bell says the Isle of Man is also at the forefront when it comes to beneficial ownership:
