TT safety improvements confirmed

The head of roads policing in the Island says TT 2013 heralded safety improvements.

As the last few hundred bike fans prepare to depart the Island after TT fortnight, Inspector Derek Flint believes a number of new initiatives paid dividends.

And the fact there were no fatalities on open roads is the statistic that pleases him the most.
