Buses collide in Douglas

by isleofman.com 10th June 2013

Two buses suffered a minor collision in the centre of Douglas this morning.

The accident happened in Ridgeway Street in the capital - Bus Vannin says one bus 'touched' another while turning into the road.

It's not known whether either vehicle has been badly damaged.

Bus timetables have returned to normal after the strike by Unite drivers during TT.

It ended at midnight last Wednesday but bus chiefs maintained their contingency timetable until the end of the week using mainly volunteer drivers.
