New TT game on the way

A new Island business has unveiled plans to develop a state-of-the-art interactive online game based on the TT. 

Waterhorse says it's in negotiations with five international corporations interested in investing in the venture.

Players would pit their skills around a virtual mountain circuit against challengers worldwide, in a free-to-play game with chargeable upgrades.

If investors come forward, Waterhorse plans to structure the company in the Isle of Man, with technical and creative input in the 'next gen' video game initially from America.

Santon-based corporate services consultant Doug Stewart says a contact in Hollywood, impressed with the Island's film sector, suggested the idea.
