Spate of thefts in the Hazel Crescent, Pulrose Area
 
Police are appealing for witnesses or information about a number of thefts committed in the Hazel Crescent, Pulrose area overnight on Tuesday 4th June 2013. Various items were taken from a number of sheds. Police are urging the local residents to please take precautions to prevent these thefts from continuing by making sure that all outbuildings are secured properly and that no valuables are left insecure outside. Anyone with information is encouraged to come forward.

Police Constable 267 Martin from the Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team is investigating an incident on May Hill, Ramsey where an unknown person or persons have entered a premises overnight between Monday 3rd June 2013 and Tuesday 4th June 2013. Items of property were removed from the address however they were  subsequently recovered by Police having been discarded in the immediate area.  
 
PC Martin said “Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area of May Hill, Ramsey to contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234.”

The Western Neighbourhood Policing Team are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at the Simpsons Store, Michael Street, Peel which occurred between 5pm Friday 7th June and 9am Saturday 8th June.  The offenders have forced the shop window open and removed several items from the window display which mainly consist of bicycle accessories and fishing knives.  If you have any information or if you have been offered any of these items, please contact Police Headquarters on 631212 or to call into any Police Station, alternatively contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

Between 8.00pm on Monday 3rd June 2013 and 7.00am on Tuesday 4th June 2013 a black Hyundai Coupe parked up on Albany Street, Douglas has suffered damage where someone using an unknown instrument has scratched the bonnet.
 
Any person with information is asked to contact PC 204 Loader at Lord Street Police Station on 631212.

Police are investigating the theft of a BMX bike from Strand Street that occurred at 1:50pm on Sunday 9th June 2013.
 
The bike is described as having a black and blue frame containing lettering “GT” and “Pro Series”. It also has distinctive gold rimmed wheels and blue handlebar grips. The Police are interested in speaking to a male they have identified as walking away with the bike down Strand Street towards Strand shopping centre. He is described as a white male approximately in his mid 30’s with a shaved/balding head. He was wearing an olive green t-shirt, dark jeans, dark shoes and had a grey/black rucksack.
 
Police would urge any person with any information regarding the incident, or who may have witnessed any suspicious persons, or activity  in the area at that time, or who may know the current whereabouts of the bike to contact Police.
 
Any person who may have any information regarding the incident can make contact with PC302 Kirsty Bowley or any other officer at Lord Street Police Station.
