Another person has come forward to announce their candidacy in a Douglas Council by-election.
Kevin Oliphant-Smith has announced he’s to stand in the poll to find a replacement councillor for Chris Thomas in St Georges Ward.
Mr Thomas joined the Keys after topping the polls in the recent West Douglas by-election.
27 year old Mr Oliphant-Smith is a healthcare worker who’s stood previously for the council in Hills and Athol Wards.
Two other candidates have so far put their names forward - George Campbell and Butch Buttery.
The election takes place on July 18.
