Mead and Mellor reunite for Junior Achievement fundraiser

Joseph star Lee Mead will be reunited with singer and actress Robyn Mellor when she performs in his show at the Villa Marina on Friday August 23rd in aid of Junior Achievement.

Robyn Mellor is a graduate of the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and made her West End debut at the age of 18 in Grease playing the role of Marty and covering the lead role of Sandy. 

She has appeared in a touring production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, played Velma in Chicago and took the role of Sue in the 2012 UK tour of Dream Boats and Petticoats. She also took the female lead in Jack and the Beanstalk in 2012/13, performing alongside Lee Mead, Julian Clary, Nigel Havers and Paul Zerdin at the Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre.

She is currently a member of the girlband LadyRiot where she writes and records her own material and lead singer for jazz/soul band Blueprint which performs around London. 
 
In his one-man show, An Evening with Lee Mead, the winner of TV’s Any Dream Will Do and Wicked and Legally Blonde star will perform hits from his West End triumphs and songs from his first three albums.

Tickets are priced ?35 or ?60 for a VIP package to include premium seats in the stalls, pre-show drinks and a signed photograph. Show starts 8pm. Book at the Welcome Centre, call the Villa Marina box office, 600555, or visit gov.im/villagaiety.
