Rock musicians wanted!

Douglas Choral Union is delighted to announce a truly exciting opportunity for highly-skilled, reading musicians. The Society is looking to audition musicians for their 2014 production of "THE WHO’S TOMMY" by the legendary Pete Townshend.

These are paid positions and a great chance to work with a creative team direct from London’s West-end, not least the DCU's Musical Director, Andrew Hilton, who, just last year, was Musical Director for the staging of the prestigious celebrity-packed Tommy Concert held in central London.

The successful applicants will ideally be fluent in various styles including rock, folk, reggae, pop and musical theatre, and be enthusiastic and willing to take on this challenging score. This is open to musicians of any age. ??

POSITIONS TO BE FILLED:
Guitar 1 (electric and acoustic)
Guitar 2 (electric and 12 string)
Bass Guitar?Keyboard 1 (rock piano)
Keyboard 2 (multiple patches – no programming required)
French Horn?Drums (with some timpani)??
