Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident in Lord Street Pay & Display Car Park, Douglas on Monday 17 June 2013. Between the hours of 8am and 2.30pm on this date, a black transit van has sustained damage to the passenger side, with scratching running the length of the vehicle.
Anyone who witnessed this damage being caused, or has information regarding this incident, please contact PC Hayley Curtis at Lord Street Police Station.
