At around 8pm on Monday 24th June 2013 a blue coloured Honda car has been parked on Elm Drive, Onchan. At this time the vehicle has sustained a large scratch to it. Pc David Thommeny says that the incident has left the owner of the vehicle upset and out of pocket due to this needless crime and would like to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time and seen anything suspicious or from anyone who may have information regarding this incident.
