Philip Charles Kitchen & Furniture to exclusively supply the StudyBed in the Isle of Man

by isleofman.com 25th June 2013

Philip Charles Kitchens & Furniture is the first to bring unique space-saving solution, the StudyBed, to the Isle of Man.

The local furniture store is the island’s only supplier of the Studybed, an innovative system which combines a full size fold-away bed with a large desk and storage unit.

Managing director Philip Main said: “We feel the StudyBed offers a practical yet attractive way of saving space in a small room. It means a study can be converted into a bedroom and back again in a matter of seconds.”

The multifunctional system only requires a minimal floor space and can be operated without removing any items off the desk or any of the bedding.

Mr Main added: “It’s really easy to use; the bed can folded down when visitors come to stay and then converted back in to a handy office space without any fuss. It really does help our clients make the most of limited space.”

The British-built product is available in a range of sizes and finishes and also comes with a five year warranty.

Philip Charles recently opened a new showroom on the Cooil Road in Douglas where customers can see a range of kitchen units and furniture on display, including the StudyBed.
