by isleofman.com 27th June 2013

The chairman of the Island's Breast Cancer Support Group says it's her aim to get a dedicated breast care unit on the Island.

Julie Stokes hopes 2013 will be the year to get the facility at Noble's Hospital.

The charity is holding its annual general meeting this evening (Thursday) at Douglas Golf Club where the Island's Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon Millie Bello will be giving a presentation.

Mrs Stokes says the organisation has big plans:

The meeting begins at 7pm at Douglas Golf Club.
