Successful Strawberry Tea for Peel RNLI

by isleofman.com 1st July 2013

Despite threatening rain Peel RNLI held a successful strawberry tea at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Norman Teare, Mylvoirrey, Peel.

With wind and rain threatening to spoil the event the ladies of Peel ladies Lifeboat Guild went ahead regardless.

On a previous evening one of the gazebos blew down but all went well on the day for another winner for both funds and press relations.

Thanks go to all who supported or helped at the function, especially Norman and Tricia for use of their lovely grounds and Eric Kelly for the music.
