Problem of legal highs to be addressed over next 12 months

Tackling the legal high issue will be the challenge for the coming year.

That's according to the person who heads up a body which discusses the threats posed by emerging drugs.

The Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs has recommended in two of its annual reports - including the latest one - the Island automatically bans a substance when the UK does.
