Tin baths in top 10 "strange festivals"

by isleofman.com 3rd July 2013
An Isle of Man event later this month has made it onto a UK newspaper’s top ten strange festivals to attend.

The Telegraph’s travel section listed the World Tin Bath Championships as the sixth-weirdest festival in Britain.

The event takes place around Castletown harbour a week on Saturday.

The newspaper lists it alongside other events such as Finland’s wife-carrying championships and Sark’s sheep-racing festival.
