Local dance school success at Ulster & All Ireland Irish Championships

by isleofman.com 3rd July 2013

Talented Irish dancers from Scoill Daunse Yernagh Ellan Vannin, the islands only competing Irish Dance school, again bought home a massive medal and trophy haul to the island. Hard work and determination led the team to great results and congratulations all round, the girls were competing against top class competitors and the standard at both Championships was so high.

Brilliant news yet again, for our island girls and now back home they are straight into training for their up coming show at the Gaiety Theatre 19th July "War & Peace" where again they will be showing off their skills in Honour of the War Veterans and Heroes, and raising funds for the charities "Help for Heroes and Royal British Legion".

Then once that has been performed they will be training hard for the CRDM Leinster Championships in October.

For tickets for the "War & Peace" show contact the Box office or welcome centre tel: 600555 or for more information about our Performing Arts & Irish Dancing School visit www.rsdiom.com or email: rsd@manx.net.
